What materials are your bags made of, and how are they handcrafted?

While the materials used in each bag may vary, I typically use 12mm acrylic beads and gold-tone metals. Feel free to reach out via message before or after purchasing the bag to discuss customization options for the materials. I keep one sample of each bag model I create, but the bag you will receive is made specifically for you after your purchase. All the products I sell are handmade by me personally.

What is the shipping time and cost? Do you offer international delivery?

Shipping within the US is free for all purchases. I usually ship the items the next day, and they typically reach the recipient within 2-3 days. Currently, I am keeping international shipping closed as it can be quite expensive. However, if you wish to purchase a bag from my ETSY store and you are located outside the US, you can do so by paying the shipping fee, which is around $30 on average for international shipping.

What is your product return and exchange policy? What should I do in case of dissatisfaction?

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy. Within this period, you can request a return or exchange for any reason, no questions asked.

Is it possible to pick up the bags in person in New York?

Unfortunately, I don't have a physical store in New York yet, so I cannot provide a store address. However, if you prefer a hand delivery, I can arrange to meet you at a central location like Bryant Park to hand over the bag.
